Welcome to SIAEXPERT LLC. By accessing our website, creating a subscriber account, or purchasing any of our email marketing plans (Starter, Growth Pro, Business Scale, Enterprise), you agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Service.

1. Account Registration & Responsibilities

Users must provide accurate, current, and verifiable business information upon registration. You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for all activities conducted under your subscriber account.

2. Acceptable Use & Anti-Spam Policy

SIAEXPERT LLC enforces a strict zero-tolerance policy against unsolicited bulk emailing (spam). You agree not to utilize our infrastructure to:

• Transmit malicious payloads, phishing campaigns, or deceptive B2C offers.

• Import scraped or non-permission-based subscriber lists in violation of CAN-SPAM regulations.

• Distribute illegal, defamatory, or copyright-infringing content.

Violation of this acceptable use policy results in immediate, permanent account termination without refund.

3. Subscription Tiers & Billing

Starter plans are free up to 2,500 subscribers. Pro ($15/mo), Scale ($49/mo), and Enterprise tiers renew automatically on a recurring monthly billing cycle unless canceled prior to the renewal date via account settings.

4. Limitation of Liability

SIAEXPERT LLC services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee absolute deliverability rates across external inbox providers or specific revenue outcomes. To the maximum extent permitted by law, SIAEXPERT LLC shall not be held liable for indirect or consequential damages.
